Islington Link Up is a community based organisation serving the Afro Caribbean and wider community by providing advisory and support services associated with unemployment, employment, housing, health and education. ILU believes in equality for all so we are commmitted to serve all users regardless of their gender, disability, sexuality, religion or nationality.
ILU has a flexible user-centred approach that listens to the queries, needs and suggestions of clients. ILU then undertakes to respond with appropriate, practical solutions.
In order for us to respond effectively and efficiently to our user's needs we work with a wide range of mainstream and specialist agencies to ensure we understand their policies, programs and projects.
When we work with other agencies we pay particular attention to understand how our users can access and benefit from their services.

Where appropriate, we as a community organisation will act as a partner to promote mainstream specialist services and even help widen and improve the take up of services by directly delivering front line services.
